1. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (tea, consumables), returns are limited.
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
Return request timeline:
- Must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
How to request a return:
- Email us with your Order ID
- Attach clear images or videos of the issue
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
- We may arrange a reverse pickup, OR
- Ask you to dispose of the product (depending on the case)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Approved cases of damaged / defective / wrong product

- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Delivery failure
Refund timeline:
- Processed within 2–7 business days after approval
- May take an additional 2–3 days to reflect in your account
Mode of refund:
- Online payments → Refunded to the original source
- COD orders → Bank transfer (details required)
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
5. Important Notes
- Tea and related products are perishable in nature; hence, they are handled with strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Minor variations in packaging or appearance do not qualify as defects.
- Badsha Chai reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.
