1. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (tea, consumables), returns are limited.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking
  • Wrong product delivered

Return request timeline:

  • Must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

How to request a return:

  • Email us with your Order ID
  • Attach clear images or videos of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved:

  • We may arrange a reverse pickup, OR
  • Ask you to dispose of the product (depending on the case)

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Approved cases of damaged / defective / wrong product
  • Order not delivered due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable
    • Delivery failure

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 2–7 business days after approval
  • May take an additional 2–3 days to reflect in your account

Mode of refund:

  • Online payments → Refunded to the original source
  • COD orders → Bank transfer (details required)

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to product availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

5. Important Notes

  • Tea and related products are perishable in nature; hence, they are handled with strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance do not qualify as defects.
  • Badsha Chai reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.
