5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Courier partner details via email/SMS
You can also track your order via:

6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your order
- If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse
To avoid this:
- Ensure your phone is reachable
- Provide accurate address details

We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Refund Policy.
