  • All products go through strict quality checks before dispatch
  • Orders are packed securely to maintain freshness and safety
  • In certain cases, we may verify orders via OTP or other methods before processing and shipment

3. Packaging

We take extra care in packaging to ensure your chai reaches you perfectly:

  • Protective layers for fragile items (if applicable)
  • Durable outer packaging to prevent transit damage

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days across India

Delivery time may vary based on:

  • Location / PIN code
  • Courier partner availability
  • External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID
  • Courier partner details via email/SMS

You can also track your order via:

  • Your account dashboard (if registered)

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make 2 attempts to deliver your order
  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse

To avoid this:

  • Ensure your phone is reachable
  • Provide accurate address details

7. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India
  • Serviceability depends on courier partners and PIN codes
  • You can check delivery availability at checkout

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Share clear images/videos

We will investigate and resolve the issue as per our Refund Policy.


10. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
